Dr. Phil is going to interview JonBenet Ramsey’s brother 20 years after her murder

Dr. Phil, a.k.a. my grandpa’s second favorite show after Maury, will have an exclusive interview with JonBenet Ramsey’s brother, Burke in its next season premiere.

To refresh your memory, 20 years ago, six-year-old pageant star JonBenet was found strangled to death in her parents’ basement in Colorado. The case, which dominated headlines for most of the 90s, has never been solved.

I grew up seeing her face plastered all over tabloids at the grocery store. I was too young to understand it at the time, but it was a major story. To this day, there are still forums on Reddit with conspiracy theories on what could’ve possibly happened.

Another reason this caught my eye was the fact that I was just listening to an episode on My Favorite Murder that talked about this. If you’re not already listening to this podcast, DO IT! I’ve just finished bingeing on all the episodes so far, and now I feel like I’ve lost my purpose in life.

If you’re a true crime fan, you’ll love it. It’s hosted by Georgia Hardstark and Karen Kilgariff, who talk about different murders every week. It’s hilarious and dark, in a Sunshine Cleaning kind of way.

Shoutout to Sarah from LaineyGossip, for mentioning it in her post about Stranger Things.
