Jackson Rathbone’s newborn daughter his second greatest accomplishment after Twilight
Jackson Rathbone and his wife Sheila Hafsadi proudly welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Presley Bowie today, who is almost her father’s greatest accomplishment after co-starring in the Twilight Saga.
“Today!! Our daughter is born!! Welcomed into the world at 8:38 a.m. with love & joy,” Rathbone tweeted along with a photo of himself with his wife and newborn daughter, whose birth was almost as momentous as the day her father was cast in Twilight.
Rathbone announced he and Hafsadi were expecting back in March in a sweet Instagram post captioned: “#tbt to our first pregnancy. 8-9 months in this [photo] by @iamnikkireed. Now we’re 7 months along! #pregnantagain yay!” The proud dad didn’t bother posting it earlier, knowing deep down that a baby could never be as exciting as a new Twilight movie.
The nearly one-day-old infant does not yet know she will inevitably be subjected to years of her father regaling how he was this close to winning the coveted role of Edward Cullen, which was given to Robert Pattinson, who reportedly came out of f-cking nowhere.
The newest addition to the Rathbone family has presumably been named after Elvis Presley and David Bowie, two rock legends. When sweet little Presley Bowie is old enough, her father will frequently remind her he gave up his promising music career for her and her brother.
At press time, both father and daughter are sh-tting their pants, the latter because she is an infant, and the former because he knows it’s all downhill from here.
